I had my baby 6 months ago and the first month I had trouble latching my baby on so I was exclusively pumping. At the end of the 4 weeks postpartum my baby latched on and I also got my period after 6weeks. I am still exclusively breast feeding and pumping at work while my husband gives my baby bottles of my milk. I was getting my period for about 2-3 month and then I have not gotten a period since then . I have taken a pregnancy test it is negative should I make an obgyn appointment to my doctor on while all of a sudden my period is gone . I know when you breast feed it stops your period but I had got my period after the 6 weeks of period and had it for about 2 more months then after that no period at all .
