I had an ultrasound recently and baby was where they should be and we saw the heartbeat!

But for the past week I’ve been having cramps that are uncomfortable and when I go pee and wipe sometimes there is pale pink or brown blood. I’m also exhausted. Like I feel like my body is giving up on me. And I also get very nauseous if I’m standing for too long.

Anyone else have this?
