Do I have to wait to conceive if I just tested positive for COVID

I tested for COVID on Wednesday. My results today are positive. Do I have to wait to TTC?

No. I got pregnant on accident right after having Covid, and so far everything is healthy and okay. I’m 10 weeks now.

No I had COVID the month I conceived and then I got it again (different variant I guess) at 37 weeks pregnant. My baby is perfectly healthy now he's 8 weeks.

I got COVID at about week 3-4 of being pregnant and had a miscarriage at week 8. I’m not sure if COVID is to blame per say, but I’m sure it didn’t help. I just know that while I had covid I had these terrible cramps that felt like contractions. I still didn’t lose my pregnancy until a month later. There’s also some research to suggest it can increase risk in the first few weeks though. 
I think your timing would be different too, since you won’t be pregnant while you have COVID.
