Implantation cramps or inositol?

Hi ladies! Please share your experiences! I’m 6dpo and taken inositol for 3 nights now and I’m having the most intense and painful cramps!

So my question: has anyone had painful implantation? Or painful cramps from inositol?

I’ve never had painful implantation with my daughter or losses that I remember or pain this far before AF is due but I am new to the inositol too… I do get painful ovulation sometimes though!
