Help! Twins?!
So I had my first ultrasound today, I’m 6 weeks 2 days. My midwife did a pelvic ultrasound and saw 2 sacs and 2 babies meaning twins only when she looked from the top of my uterus. Since it wasn’t super clear and I wanted clarity, I went to the ER and they did a transvaginal ultrasound that showed 1 healthy baby and 2 subchorionic hematomas. So basically I’m wondering has anyone had this happen and it be twins or single?
