7 weeks- bleeding

I’ve been having this bleeding ever since my transvaginal ultrasound this past Tuesday. Some days it’s heavy, some days it’s light. No cramping, just some mild uterus aches. I’m getting another ultrasound Friday because of it. It’s always brown, never red or pink.

Anyone else have this and had a healthy baby? I feel like I was hit by a bus. Can barely get up from the couch, sore boobs/ nipples hurt and horrible headache!
