Ovulation test

So heres my ovulation just now 2nd time of the day..

Its my first time to see my test being positive or is it really postive?. Coz ive been diagnosed to have pcos both ovaries last year,.. and i was taking folic acid and collagen and dr.paragis to ovulate coz unluckily pcos stops me from ovulating,.. so ladies can i be postive on this test?. Am i now ovulating?.
