Ovulation test

Hi ladies uhm. It says on my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">glow app</a> that today isnt my ovulation day it was 4days ago,. And that 4days ago its all negative test... but as i do a test today it came positive. I just felt my abdomen some cramps so i did a test but im still confuse... can you take a look and correct me?.

Weve been trying to conceive 3yrs already. My son is 5yrs old already..
