Anxiety at work

I’ve been diagnosed with general anxiety disorder an panic disorder- I am on medication for both.

Since the lockdown has ended I have struggled intensely with both things mainly at work. It’s gotten to the point that I’ve had to quit multiple jobs or have been fired because of it. I’ve tried all sorts of grounding techniques and nothing seems to help me.

I want to be able to work like a semi normal human like I used to be able too but idk what else I can do. I talk to my therapist today an will be calling to schedule with my psychiatrist as well but I’m just so frustrated and drained.

If anyone has any tips/ advice that like to give me that would be helpful.

I just quit my dream job because of my anxiety/panic attacks so I’m feeling really depressed and disappointed.
