Pads only because tampons are too uncomfortable for me. I've never tried a menstrual cup and I have no interest in trying it. I hate that pads are messy, but at least I have a short period lol.

Menstrual cup has been amazing for me. So easy to pop in and I can go 12 hours without dumping/cleaning if needed like when working or traveling. It is really comfortable for me, I don't even notice it's there. I love that I don't even feel like I'm on my period most of the time with the cup in. Pads usually feel messy and uncomfortable for me, tampons are usually better but sometimes hurt when taking them out which doesn't happen for me with the cup and the cup can stay in longer. Also don't need to worry about running out of products at a bad time or spending so much money on them.

Cup. Less waste, holds more than a tampon/pad, saves money in the long run (I haven’t purchased any period-related products since my last kid 3 years ago).

I discovered the menstrual cup about 3 yrs ago…omg I thought,where has this been all my life????
I suffered for literally years with yeast infections nearly every month from using pads,never really wanted to try tampons..i feel cleaner and don’t have to worry about leaks,not for 8-9 hrs anyway lol..I would say to anyone thinking about getting one would be..do it..you might be surprised lol xxx

A while ago, someone here talked about menstrual discs, I was so intrigued and did research. I've been using one for about 4 months, and my only regret is not getting one sooner!

Period undies. I get rashes from pads, never got taught how to use a tampon so don’t use anything that gets shoved up hahaha

I like tampons during the day & pads at night. They both seem to get pretty uncomfortable tbh. I think tampons are more convenient because they are less messy, pads will start to bother my thighs/skin if I wear them too long. I’ve never tried anything else either, although when I have a period again I am interesting in investing in some period parties

On bad cramping days, pads during the day due to the pain.
I have thought about discs and cups but I feel like I wouldn’t be able to sanitize them well when using public restrooms or other restrooms outside of my house.

Menstrual cup or disc. I have one of each. I switched in 2013, and you could not pay me to go back to tampons or pads. No rashes from pads, no cramps from tampons, and only having to think about my period twice a day is heaven. I keep a few pairs of period underwear for spotting and post egg retrieval.
