Is this braxton hicks?
From around 2.30pm (so 2 hours now) I have had dull lower back ache with period cramping and a tightening sensation internally in my vagina.
Is this bracton hicks or should I be contacting my midwife?
I am 28 weeks today.
This is my 3rd pregnancy however I have never felt this before and my 1st pregnancy I gave birth at 30 weeks.
