I will be 34 weeks on Saturday was taking a shower this morning and this had came out. I don’t know if this is part of my mucous plug or my whole mucous plug or what I’ve been having l light cramping throughout the day and back pain when my baby moves it hurts and I’ve been having pressure down there and butt pressure as well.  I don’t know if this is my mucous plug or the whole thing or if it will regenerate back since I am only 34 weeks I don’t know when I should go to the hospital and get checked out, etc. please help
