St John’s Wort and BF
Going through the “baby blues” for the third time and my midwife suggested St John’s Wort OTC. I’m very anxious it will effect my supply and wonder if I should just live with this. For those who have used it while breast feeding:
Does it even help? How long does it take to kick in? Babe have any adverse reactions?
