Menstrual cup leaking

Any tips? What do you do to ensure it’s properly sealed? Sometimes I have a “good” seal and leak very very little and other times I don’t have a good seal at all and leak a bit . I pull twist wait for that “pop” sound push yet I still leak. I’ve had two kids and I’m using one for “have given birth” so I know it’s the correct size.
