I believe i’m doing it wrong

First trimester was pretty nauseous and i wasn’t eating very good. But now im 15 weeks and I know the placenta took over and i should eat healthier but I feel like i’m not. I still have some food aversions but i everyday eat some dairy which is my favorite and cannot put it away. I eat pastries and thing you put on sandwiches on the go ( for work breaks ) . I also eat cooked meat but not everyday and mostly chicken, and i eat a fruit a day sometimes 2-3. But so far i barely eat veggies. I feel like i’m doing wrong and not provide enough for my baby.

I don’t know how much to eat not to starve her but the same time i want to provide her the nutrients she needs along with the vitamins i take. Any suggestions what to eat for someone who doesn’t have much time to cook? I work and i mostly get home at around 7pm .
