Throwing up all my food ..

I’m 8 weeks pregnant and can’t keep my food down I don’t even really feel nauseous until after I eat something and then I throw it up. Should I talk to my doctor about this? I’m not sure what she would do because I don’t have any nausea unless I eat ..
