Question for my own knowledge!

I’m TTC #1 and it’s taking a bit longer than I hoped for. I’m using opks but haven’t started temping (yet). I started the opks fairly early this cycle because I have been suspicious I’m ovulating early.

If I’m not seeing LH peaks, does that mean I’m not ovulating? I’m testing twice daily, sometimes three if I can. At what point do I become concerned and visit an OBGYN for further testing? I’m relatively young and healthy otherwise.
