Cycle change after working out
Hello, has anyone’s cycle changed after they started working out? I’ve been going to the gym for the past month and a half doing vigorous weight lifting. I was usually a 28 day cycle woman. But last month my period came on day 35 and this month I’m currently on day 34 with cramps.
I’m not worried of being pregnant, but I just noticed this. I know I was super stressed but the gym has helped with that so I’m not sure what is it.
