Home remedies for acid reflex??

I’ve tried every over the counter meds that I can use while pregnant nothing is helping!! Any tips!!

I’ve struggled with acid reflux for the past several weeks. Pepcid and Tums keep it pretty tame. A little baking soda and warm water helps too.

Prescription from my doctor for pantaprazole is the only thing that works for me

I was on meds and sometimes nothing helped but chomping on ice chips constantly lol! Especially at night.

You can ask your doctor for a prescription as it's stronger than over the counter stuff. I'm not sure about home remedies but some people swear by mikk or ice cream

Pepcid worked for me, definitely taken twice daily morning and night.

I do two pepcid, so 40mg I think.

For me I wasn't having that much acid reflux but I was so constipated ! I needed stool softeners and exlax to be comfortable

Pepcid taken consistently. Takes about 4 days to kick in
