Hcg levels are super high??

Hi so yesterday I went to the doctors because I had some spotting and they found an infection in my urine basically saying I had a UTI and gave me some anabiotic and the spotting house stopped and also prescribe me antibiotics for the UTI to my pharmacy they did an ultrasound everything looks good they found a fetal pole and heartbeat I measuring at six weeks in one day but the only thing is my hCG levels are super high is this normal?? Someone please let me know
