My period ended a day ago but also came early today I wiped and this happened

Too soon for ovulation (likely but you can confirm with opk and bbt). 
There’s a multitude of reasons for this. Your body may be trying to recycle out old blood. Discharge is normal. Could also be a little bit of urine and some discharge. Tons of things it could be.
