I’m debating weather or not to get off birth control the first of the year! I’ve been on it for 4 years and while I’m extremely afraid to get pregnant I want to feel myself again mentally! How long did it take you to feel better after getting off birth control??

Have you considered trying a different birth control to feel more like yourself? I had to try a few before I was happy. 
IMO, I'd drive myself crazy being worried all the time and I'm not sure that would be a good tradeoff. 🤔

I forgot to mention my husband and I MAYBE have sex once a week and that’s another reason why I just want off it. I don’t see the point anymore…
