I recently had an emergency trip to the ER due to intense back pain and muscle spasms at 6 weeks pregnant. In the ambulance they gave me a dose of fentanyl for the pain due to my high blood pressure, and told me it was safer than morphine. The following days after I started experiencing what I thought was intense morning sickness, yet now I haven’t been feeling sick or nauseas at all at 7 weeks pregnant. I was wondering has anyone had an experience with fentanyl in pregnancy and the baby was okay?
