Bleeding during pregnancy

I woke up yesterday morning to bleeding with clots. I immediately went to the ER. They did a pelvic exam, transvaginal ultrasound, and labs. All came back normal. My cervix is a good length and closed. The bleeding was significant though. I have a follow up appointment in one week but I'm so scared. I wasn't told why I was bleeding at all. They didn't put me on bed rest. Just discharged me and told me to take it easy but resume normal activities. Except no sex. An orgasm can make things worse. This is my 7th pregnancy but it's the first to make it past 8 weeks gestation and I made it all the way to 21 weeks. They were not reassuring at all except that my baby's heart and movement are normal. Also he is breech (butt down).

Does anyone have any advice?
