I feel like my 13 month old only changing 3-4diapers a day. Is that normal? Also, he is not a fan of water but fan of fruits. How can I keep him to drink more water? He still taking 8oz of milk daily.

We add cut up fruit to water in a clear straw cup to make it more fun. That has been the main thing that helps my daughter drink more water.

Take him to pick out his own water cup. Offer water at every meal and snack time. Carry the water bottle around everywhere y’all go.
