Is this a bed bug or a beetle? 👀 found a nest of them in my vent.

Answer

I had an entire infestation of them before I gave birth. I think they're drugstore beetles. If so, you might want to check your pantry food for them and get rid of anything that they've been in. I ended up using that baking soda carpet cleaner and poured it all over the house, let it sit for 12-24hrs and vacuum it up. After that I found them all dead everywhere in the house, vacuumed up the bodies and we don't have the problem anymore 😊👍🏼
