I’m roomates with two of my old coworkers and they have a bunch of farm animals I agreed to help feed and water animals when they are not here. I have weekends off until I transfer my job so I’m closer to farm. They also have 6 dogs that do not live here unless the owners are here. I’m currently establishing stability for myself by living here so I can regain full custody of my child. There hasn’t been a lease agreement signed but I took it upon myself to print some off so that I can prove to court that I have stable placement. The roomates keep hinting that I’m responsible for more than what I agreed upon like sheering animals giving them medications…I’m not comfortable or trained in doing so nor do I want to learn. How do I go about presenting them with the lease agreement? Stating what I’m comfortable doing. On top of all this the entire home needs repairs which I’ve been trying my best to help with I finally got my room finished and would like to live peacefully in with little interaction with the roomates. Please help.
