Should I start tracking babies movement?

22 weeks and he kicks and turns a lot I’m wondering if I should be monitoring it?

Not until 28 weeks since movements aren’t consistent until 28 weeks. I didn’t do kick counts since my son moved a ton.

Kick counting usually gets regular enough to track by 28 weeks. It doesn’t hurt to start recognising a routine now, but it’s likely to change around a bit 😊
