Can antibiotics change your cycle?

Question

My af is supposed to come in 3 days and unfortunately it most likely will (11dpo, bfn) but I wondered if taking antibiotics would mess with your ovulation cycle? 
Started antibiotics earlier in the month of dec for a sinus infection/tonsillitis and am curious if maybe it could have made me ovulate later, in which case, I might still have a chance at getting a BFP!

They don't affect ovulation. They aren't hormonal so they won't affect anything to do with changing hormones. I've been on loads this year for my wisdom teeth. Some do say on the bottle that they can interfere with birth control, causing it to not be as effective. That's nothing to do with the hormone part and all to do with the ingredients interacting with other ingredients. Otherwise no. They don't affect ovulation or your menstrual cycle. They can cause yeast infections though. Because they go after bad bacteria but they also go after good as well. Throws that out of whack a bit.
