baby balled up

my baby is balled up right at my belly button and it’s a little painful and she will not move.. any tips on getting her to move? I tried shaking my belly a little.. just feels like a braxton hick constantly bc she’s just there and it’s tight in that spot.. I ate something sweet idk what else to do.. i’m 26 weeks
