counts as period ending?

I’ve been wondering this for a while and haven’t figured out what to put on my period tracker for it. when my period starts just leaving brown on my tampon is that the end of my period or do I still put that as my period ongoing?

I consider the end to be once I can stop using a tampon, pad, whatever.

I was wondering that too , my doctor told me when you log start and stop is when you fill a pad other wise is spotting

I go off of when the blood completely goes away-spotting to me is still my period

I think about this too and it’s annoying, I usually mark it done that day when this starts happening and I know it’ll stop by the end of the night or be significantly lighter/ non existent by the next day.
