I had some huge pain went to ER they didn’t do much tbh just checked the baby which was okay,thank God and said i have hydronephosis and told me to visit an urologist in case of kidney stone.

I’m 17 weeks.because of hydronephosis the urine accumulates in kidney and it’s harder for it to go into bladder so I can’t drink looots of water that will cause me pain. But in the same time i need to drink for the baby. I don’t know what to do tbh. Is 1L enough for the baby so that might not start the pain ?
