How to keep a newborn entertained?

FTM and im struggling to keep my newborn entertained. Once they have slept, and ate but just bored what do you do? We have a swing we put her in but it only keeps her entertained for 15 minutes or so. She doesn’t like being held all the time either so Im left feeling like I don’t know what to do with her

Walk around the house with baby facing out and name things and show windows and such 🤷🏻‍♀️ that’s what I do with mine and she seems to like the changes in scenery in front of her. 
I hold somewhat like this and support the chin if baby can’t head up well

I really just didn’t worry about entertaining my newborn. There are a ton of different tummy time products you can try, but I also just wouldn’t worry too much about it either. Observing the normal world around them is good for them too. You don’t have to feel pressure to be constantly entertaining them.

Read her a book
Put her face to face with you and let her watch you stick your tongue out
Help her stretch her arms and legs
Tummy time as much as she’ll tolerate
If it’s warm at all where you live, take her outside in a bouncer or swing for a few minutes at a time
