Did pull out method work?

Hi, I’m not trying for a baby but I’m also in a position where I want to start thinking about having children. On my ovulation day, my partner and I had sex and he pulled out, but I’m not sure if he managed to time it all properly as when I went to the toilet half and hour later, sperm came out in my urine. We also had sex again the next day and the same thing happened. May sound like a stupid question, but what are the chances of becoming pregnant from only a very small amount of sperm?

Pre cum has the potential to get you pregnant, so I imagine if you're not on contraceptives that you have a pretty good chance if he came in you.

Having unprotected sex is how you get pregnant. Pullout is unprotected sex, not birth control. Sperm doesn’t not come out in your urine. Pee comes from the urethra, not the vagina- where penetration happens. Sperm swims to its intended target while semen is absorbed, mixed with your lubricants, and some comes out because of gravity. Which is what you’re seeing if he ejaculated in you.

I got pregnant from pre cum so the pullout method doesn’t always work.
