Contractions 2 minutes apart?

So I normally have a ton of BH in 3rd trimester, but my true labor never follows the typical "rules". Early labor for me always starts with contractions 3-4 minutes apart lasting about 45 seconds. My Braxton Hicks are usually sporadic or every 2 ish minutes lasting 20-30 seconds, which apparently also doesn't follow the typical "rules". I've been having contractions that are fairly painful for about an hour and a half about 2 minutes apart lasting about 40 seconds so it's kind of right in the middle. Has anyone ever had early labor contractions be 2-3 minutes apart and it turn out to be the real deal?
