Could I be pregnant? (Faint positive/veiny breast)

So, I feel like I could be pregnant and may be a little too early because I have been taking tests and they have been negative until yesterday I took a test using my morning urine, which I’ll attach to the post so you guys can see how faint it is, so it’s deff a squinter! I would like to say before I start that I did have an infection such as a UTI before any of this (which I was getting treatment for) Okay so….My last period was November 23rd & my expected period was suppose to come Christmas Day but on the 27th - 30th I experienced some bleeding but it only lasted 3 days days but nothing heavy like a period. My breast became sore during the bleeding and still are, also when I squeeze my nipples it looks like white and clear liquid comes out. Forgot to mention, I do have a kid already who is 20 months. My breast have been super veiny, also the veins on my stomach and thighs have been very pigmented as well & I remember that being one of my symptoms with my 1st pregnancy. So I’m just confused, so basically I just want a little more confirmation from others on what they think happened or is going on with me. Did I miscarry because of the light bleeding I have and that’s why I’m getting a faint positive? Did I ovulate later and it’s too early? Did I bleed because of “implantation bleeding” and it was heavy because of the infection I had? Cause I did hear that infections can cause bleeding during early pregnancy. Idk idk, please help lol.
