Bilobed placenta

I found out at my 20 week scan today that I have a bilobed placenta - when the placenta splits in two rather than one full piece. From what I’ve read online it most likely won’t affect the baby but there could be complications after delivery, such as hemorrhaging or surgery needed if everything isn’t removed at birth.

Am I crazy for considering an elective c-section? I just feel like I’m going to be paranoid the whole time waiting for after the birth or for something to go wrong post-labor, and labor is stressful enough.
