So today is day 5 of my miscarriage(started on 1/1/23). I took this because I was bored this morning. And now I'm very confused. I was only 6 weeks 2 days when the miscarriage started. Can anyone give any advice or insight on this I woukd really appreciate it. Thank you so much.

If hcg is present, an opk will likely be present 
All of my losses at 6 weeks took a minimum of 6 weeks to be negative again. You will not ovulate while hcg is present m
It’s best to take an hcg test each week until you get a negative

Has your HCG left your system? Unfortunately sometimes ovulation tests are sensitive enough to pick up HCG levels as well, so that might be what this is.
It's very unlikely you're ovulating again this quickly.

I think I messed up. I completely stopped bleeding yesterday. And I had sex. My miscarriage just started on Sunday(1/1/23). How bad is this

It takes a while for the hCG to leave your system - unfortunately, hCG is very similar in structure to LH and the LH tests aren’t great at differentiating between the two hormones. It’s very likely that it’s picking up the residual hCG from your pregnancy. So sorry for your loss, mama.
