Hello folks,

I am now 29 weeks pregnant with fraternal twins. My gynec has now suggested me to take 2 shots of steroids each of 12mg for my babies’ lungs development. This comes immediately after I was advised to take TDAP (tetanus injection).

Wanted to know whether the steroid injections have helped anyone in the past and if anyone has faced any side effects like the sugar shooting up too fast due to steroids and the babies’ growing up fast due to that ?

My cervical length is 2.9-3cm and there were no stitches taken (for which I am truly grateful as my length was 3.6cm so far). Has anyone faced a similar situation and is this length a trouble maker in the coming weeks ?

Tips, suggestions and advice is welcome … all I want is to deliver at 37weeks to make sure my babies are healthy, weight wise and overall.
