Marriage is ruined

My wife feels like our marriage is ruined just because we get upset at each other every now and again. Which I thought all couples get upset at each other every now and again? She feels like our marriage is ruined and we might be destined to fail ig. Even though I feel like it’s not and we are still doing fine, I just feel like she wants everything to be perfect when that’s just impossible considering we’re two human beings but we sure do come close. We go on dates to new restaurants all the time, I get her anything she could possibly want, we go on trips to different states, get her hair done whenever she wants, I just don’t know what to do. Should I just talk to her and try to see what I can do to fix it? Or just end it. I don’t want it to end but if she really thinks our marriage is done then I don’t want to hold her back when she could be finding someone else ig chasing after some perfect marriage.

P.s i’ve also been told i’m not bad to look at and also “well endowed” so to speak so I don’t think that’s a problem. We also have plenty of sex as far as I know, I have a higher sex drive than her so I normally end up wanting it more than her.
