So my daughter's dad hasn't paid child support and he sees her sporadically. He's the type if we aren't together he doesn't give a damn about his child.

I'm furious because I went after him for child support he quit his job to get around it. Only pays 264 a month and he won't even do that. And it's just a shame there's really nothing I can do. Even with child abandonment it's either 1k fine or 12months jail time and even then they can choose to pay their child support.

It's laughable.

Anyone went through this? Any advice?
