Brown Bump near nipple

I had my baby girl 5 months ago I didn’t breastfeed & let my milk dry up on its own. After having her I noticed these two weird small dark brown marks almost like raised freckles just darker near my nipples. It’s on both sides! Is this normal? Gonna get checked anyway but in the meantime wondering if anyone experienced this also. Thanks ladies! Pic for reference
