Cerclage at 13 weeks and discharge

Hi ladies, I am now 21 weeks today with baby number 2 and I had a cerclage put in at 13 weeks as a precaution because during my first pregnancy, 6 years ago, my cervix began opening and they placed it at 19 weeks during that one.

This time the discharge is a thick yellow mucus and it gives off a scent. Not bad but I can smell it with my extra spidey sense preggers nose. I have to wear panty liners and change them every few hours otherwise my undies are soaked with the discharge. My OB checked me out and nothing came back on the test. Anyone else having this issue and how can I correct it? Or is there a natural soap I can use go counteract it?
