Insight please!

Hello so I just started a new job at an eyeglass store and been there for about two weeks now but I’m starting to feel a little off with some things. I was hired for an receptionist position but on my first day the manager switched it and said I was going to be in sales & pointed to where I would be sitting at so of course I’m immediately confused. I then pulled her too the side before my shift was over to get some clarification. So to make a long story short she switched me back to the receptionist position two days ago. Since I’ve been there training has not been done up to par, the girl who was an receptionist there encouraged me to work there when I was putting my application in and she was supposed to be the one to train me but literally on my first day she came in and turned her keys in & quit due to an altercation she had with someone from management. Since I’ve been there two people has quit & the computer system is always going down . What are some definite red flags with a new job I should continue to watch out for? I know the turnover rate is one and the poor communication is another. I told myself I would try it out till the end of January but I’m iffy so I’ve been putting applications in at other places. Also the manager claimed she needed to discuss something with me on Monday so I don’t know if she’s going to switch up things again or complain about something.
