It you had a positive test it isn’t AF. I had spotting until week 6 of this pregnancy and all was fine. I’m over 23 weeks now. But I have also had spotting before miscarriages. There’s no way to know for sure whether it means something bad or not. I would bring it up to your doctor and maybe get some progesterone prescribed and get your hcg monitored.
