IUD & pregnant?

My period is 3 days late. I have had the copper IUD for a year now. I've always had super consistent periods.

This ⬇️ may be TMI but it'll be helpful information if you want to help a girl out!

I had cramps 2 days ago (that kept me in bed for most of the day) & 1 drop of spotting (it barely soiled a pantiliner) and now nothing the past 2 days. & Today. So weird.

(Edited to add) My periods are usually full-blown crime scenes 😭

Wondering if this could be the 1% chance of pregnancy or if I'm just overthinking it 😅 I'm getting my IUD removed on Feb 1st so if it is pregnancy I wouldn't mind 🤩
