Double up on pills?

I’m 20w2d and currently being treated for BV. I’ve been given the oral medication and I’m supposed to take 1 pill twice a day but I forgot to take my morning pill today. Should I just double up tonight or just keep going with one at a time?(ex: take one tonight and then continue on track tomorrow and finish on a morning pill). I’m just really stressing it cause I’ve read that BV can cause a second trimester miscarriage.

As long as you take it 8 hours apart you’ll be fine. If not, continue with just taking night pill today and then take 2x daily until finished

What time is it where you live? For most medications you could take your morning dose late, take your evening dose tonight as normal and continue on your schedule. 
When in doubt I would call the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist!

If it doesn’t specify on the pamphlet you get with the prescription I would call the pharmacy and ask.
