Squishy breasts all the time?

5 months of EBF and I've noticed the past 2 days I always feel "empty". Is this my body and milk regulating? Or possible low supply?

I’m in the same boat! Baby is definitely gaining weight and has enough wet diapers. If yours does too, no worries mama. 
Mine only get hard if he has not feed within his usual window.

Soft breasts mean nothing. As long as baby as enough wet diapers in a day and is gaining weight then your supply is fine.

If babe is having plenty of wet diapers, supply is fine.
My breast are always soft while breastfeeding and I have plenty of milk.

You don’t want rock hard breasts. Soft breasts don’t mean your not producing anything. You will produce exactly what baby needs.
