How to warm breast milk?

I plan on breast feeding but mostly pumping with this baby. My daughter was EBF and I never had to heat any bottles so I’m wondering what is the best and safest way to heat up breast milk. I know that you can’t microwave it. Should I get a bottle warmer? And also I’ve been wondering how I can do it if it’s frozen, like fridge first then warmer orrr idk lol I just feel a little lost on this subject

I personally run my bags of milk under the hot faucet for about 3 min. It quickly thaws the frozen bags and warms them up in minutes!

Just put frozen or refrigerated bag in a bowl of hot water. 
My daughter even took it just refrigerated. She didn’t care if it was warm or not.

You can either let it sit on the counter and come to room temperature or put it in a cup of warm not hot water.

I exclusively pump and I use the Philips Avent bottle water and it is a life saver! I’d you’re breastfeeding than it’s totally not necessary. But if you’re bottle feeding pumped breast milk it is a must have!

For frozen I just put a breast milk bag in warm water and it defrosts and warms in like 5 mins
