Sexual needs not being met

Unsure of what to do, I love my partner more than anything and he’s a great guy but my sexual needs are not being met.

We do have a lot of sex, he gets blowjobs etc but he will not do oral (never once has he done oral on me) he said he would but it’s always a new excuse.

I can’t get off without a vibrator being used after having kids and now he’s making me feel bad about even using a vibrator. He will not use it on me and I honestly only use it about once every 2 weeks or so if that while we have sex. I can’t talk to him about any of this or he just gets mad at me. I want to spend the rest of my life with him but I know the fact he’s not trying to please me will only make me feel worse as time goes on. Any advice ?
